- grant CabLoot a non-exclusive licence to display, moderate, and publish your submission;
- accept sole responsibility for the accuracy of your submission.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not submit:

4. Moderation
CabLoot reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any submission at its sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication. Moderation includes spam filtering, duplicate detection, and basic plausibility checks — it is not a legal verification of the facts alleged.
5. Intermediary Status
CabLoot operates as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. CabLoot is not the originator of user-submitted content and does not endorse the factual accuracy of any published report.
